We all know that we have entered unique times in the current economic environment within Australia, which presents us with challenging requirements in selling rural property in Victoria, where 90% of purchasers come from outside your area.

With this in mind, Provincial Property Group was conceived. Why Change? Well in order to improve, we need to have change. If we keep doing the same thing the same way, how can we ever expect to improve and get better.

While the basic requirements do not change, there are many things that we can do to improve opportunities in the sale of your property and increase the chance of a highly successful outcome.

We have introduced a Client Liaison Officer to facilitate better communication between vendors and the office. Industry statistics show us that 80% of purchasers come from the internet so we are developing an improved web site that facilitates easier searching for rural properties by potential buyers. Improved window displays that are fresh, bright and bold, interactive and updated every 24 hours.

I recently took time off to attend AREC 08, The Annual Australian Real Estate Conference in Sydney. It was a terrific 3 day event with 2500 participants from around Australia. It gave me a valuable insight into local and international real estate trends and has allowed me to bring back valuable knowledge that will allow us to continually improve our service to both buyers and sellers alike.
